Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls

Looking for an on-the-go snack or a healthy snack after a Me Mover ride? We are loving these super tasty and super easy Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls from With only a few ingredients, they are also super easy to make.


  • 100g dried cherries

  • 100g (about 6) pitted dates, chopped

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut - plus 2-3 tbsp extra

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp honey


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Roll tablespoons full of the mixture into balls. Roll in the extra coconut to coat.


You can get dried cherries in health food shops but for an easy alternative, you can replace with craisins.
