Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls

Looking for an on-the-go snack or a healthy snack after a Me Mover ride? We are loving these super tasty and super easy Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls from Taste.com.au. With only a few ingredients, they are also super easy to make.



Ingredients


  • 100g dried cherries

  • 100g (about 6) pitted dates, chopped

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut - plus 2-3 tbsp extra

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp honey


Method


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Roll tablespoons full of the mixture into balls. Roll in the extra coconut to coat.


TOP TIP:

You can get dried cherries in health food shops but for an easy alternative, you can replace with craisins.
